Windows & Doors: Without & Within

I immediately knew I wanted this photo book to focus on the visuals of windows and doors, as I have always been drawn to them in some cosmic way. I already had so many images for this project even before starting. Looking through windows and doors allows us to escape into different realities, catch a glimpse of another's perspective, and, quite literally, reflect. This also acts to represent the notion of transparency; what we can see and what we cannot, without and within.

An aspect I loved the most about creating this book was planning out the specific sequencing and order of photographs. Each photo, placed with another or alone, is in a very deliberate and thoughtful spot, even the placement of the left or the right is on purpose.
