Sincerely

Sincerely is inspired by the delicacy of memory and those who write us letters. Collecting the handwriting of my mother, Bubby, and Oma, I've intertwined their words with images of them. The method of weaving only allows for parts of these elements to be seen, focusing on what they create stitched together. The art of cyanotypes highlights how these relationships are the blueprint to our histories.

This project was very cathartic with me, allowing me to devote a lot of time and consideration to the words and faces of my loved ones.
